Auventure.io Examination
The web designers who worked on the company’s official website aimed to give it a solid appearance. Dark tones, plenty of graphics, and animated elements played a significant role in this. However, there’s an excessive amount of animation on the pages, which significantly slows down loading times.
Meanwhile, the content on auventure.io seriously lags behind its design. It’s challenging to find useful information on the website. For example, there’s no:
- Descriptions of available trading instruments and contract specifications for them.
- List of payment methods and characteristics of non-trading operations.
- Detailed trading conditions.
Instead, there’s an abundance of educational materials. While their quality may not be the highest, it could appeal to inexperienced market newcomers. There’s also a vast amount of information and analytics posted on the pages. However, the value of most of these materials is highly questionable. For instance, on the Signals page for assets, you can only find a list of indicators and their interpretation for different timeframes in terms of: buy, sell, do nothing. It’s hard to consider this as a comprehensive signal.
Even a quick acquaintance with the AU Venture website allows us to conclude that it’s targeted at beginner traders. It is precisely this audience that brings the broker the most money. They are relatively easy to deceive and appropriate these funds.
Company Contacts
Contact details are placed on the corresponding page of the website and duplicated in the footer. The difference between them is that the main space on the page is allocated to the contact form. In addition to this, visitors will find:
- Phone numbers with UK and Australia country codes.
- Email address.
- Postal address of the office in the UK.
There’s even a Live chat, but it’s only available in the workspace of a registered client and, for some reason, doesn’t work.
However, we couldn’t find links to social media profiles. It’s quite strange for a company providing services starting in 2018. Could it be that over 5 years, the firm hasn’t found the time and resources to create groups and channels? However, when you remember who AU Venture prefers to work with, everything falls into place. It doesn’t need an active independent audience as it could create serious problems. Therefore, Social Media isn’t considered a source of new users.
Key Conditions
Part of the broker’s trading conditions can be found in the table with types of accounts. Here, the user will see a list of available groups of trading instruments, minimum deposit, and leverage ratios for different assets.
AU Venture offers 5 tariff plans:
- Silver.
- Gold.
- Platinum.
- Diamond.
- Corporate.
Deposit requirements range from $10K to $1M. Leverage reaches 1:400. The rest users will have to learn through trials and errors, losing money when making deals.
However, the main differences between the tariffs are in additional options. Of course, they are mainly aimed at newcomers to the market. However, it would be surprising if the firm didn’t try to interest its main audience here as well.
Exposing AU Venture
Traders, when choosing a broker, want to know if the company is officially registered and licensed by financial regulators. Managers provide an address for an office in the UK, so it’s worth trying to find information about it in the Companies House registry.
Here, we found 3 nearly identical results (though “AU Ventures” in the registry and “AU Venture” on the website are slightly different). However, two out of three companies have already been dissolved, and the permissible activities of the third clearly state “Non-trading company.”
We couldn’t overlook “AU” in the name. Well, a search on the Australian registry also yielded no results. Thus, the project doesn’t have an officially registered legal entity. Naturally, it also doesn’t have licenses. Therefore, the platform is illegally providing brokerage services.
Moreover, it doesn’t hesitate to openly deceive clients. For example, the broker claims to have been operating in the market since 2018. However, the current domain auventure.io was registered only in August 2023.
Previously, the broker operated under the address auventure.com. This domain has been active since 2018, but has since been put up for sale by registrar HugeDomains until 2022. Naturally, there is no mention of 5+ years of experience in the market or 100,000 active users.
However, there is a very interesting question: why did the company change the domain of the official website? Perhaps because the previous one gathered a significant number of negative reviews online and even ended up being blocked and blacklisted by some financial regulators.
What Reviews Do Users Leave?
Well, once again we are faced with a situation where a company desperately tries to improve its reputation with paid positive reviews. However, this hardly changes the situation. Alongside uninformative comments from anonymous individuals on various websites, genuine reviews from traders who had the misfortune of working with this project are starting to appear. They complain about AU Venture’s unscrupulous behavior, payment delays, deceit by managers, and other issues.
Conclusions
The facts we have gathered clearly indicate that the broker cannot be trusted. AU Venture operates without registration (hiding behind the names of existing companies) and does not have a license. The methods used for non-trading operations suggest that the company has no intention of returning funds. Therefore, we do not recommend opening accounts on this platform or depositing funds.
Pros/Cons
