Maxwellsolutionsholding.com Examination
The company’s official website is designed in a typical manner. At the top of the page is a panel with sections about the company, contacts, terms, platform, and other information. The main page lists the advantages of trading here, the classes of assets traded, news, and three awards. The text is often just a set of sentences without any real meaning. Many advantages are listed superficially, without details or specifics. The footer lacks the standard risk warning and legal documents.
The only language supported by the site is English. The design is done in green shades, with no unique images or any attractive design. There is a lot of text, but it can be skipped as it contains little useful and necessary information. The “Who we are” section should show when the platform was founded, where it is based, who the CEO is, what business model is used, whether there are licenses, and other useful information, but none of this is present. The same situation is observed in other parts of the official website.
The conclusion is simple. Maxwell Solutions Holding Pte Ltd has created a low-quality website with the minimum necessary and useful information for traders. This indicates a lack of interest from the company in long-term cooperation and serious business conduct.
Company Contacts
Despite the kindly provided phone number and two email addresses, trying to contact managers through these details is pointless. The fact is that they are fake. There are no other ways to contact the staff. Maxwell Solutions Holding Pte Ltd could have implemented an online chat, but apparently, it is too expensive for them. The legal address is not indicated at all, and there are no social media accounts.
Key Conditions
Maxwell Solutions Holding Pte Ltd is a CFD platform that provides access to forex, metals, indices, commodities, cryptocurrencies, and stocks. The minimum deposit, spread size, leverage, and other conditions depend on the chosen tariff plan. There are seven such tariffs, designed on the principle of “if you want better conditions and more additional services, then invest more money”.
The first plan requires £100, a small amount, but at the same time, more popular companies allow you to start with even $5. And why is the currency indicated in pounds instead of dollars? Is this a British broker? As stated above, the higher the account type, the more money is needed. The balance requirements grow exponentially, for example, the second plan already requires £5,000.
Leverage ranges from 1:10 to 1:100, although regulators prohibit firms from offering leverage higher than 1:30. The sizes of spreads and swaps are not disclosed, and commissions are also unknown. Another unclear and unreasonable condition is limited access to assets. If a trader wants access to all financial instruments, they need to invest at least £150,000.
High leverage, lack of a demo account, hidden spreads and commissions, and favorable conditions only on expensive plans — these are all disadvantages that define Maxwell Solutions Holding Pte Ltd as an unprofitable brokerage partner.
Exposing Maxwell Solutions Holding Pte Ltd
The first thing that catches the eye is the absolute disregard for important information. The company did not provide its operating period, licenses, legal address, or other key details about itself. This alone is a serious negative factor, as any honest and legal broker will definitely provide detailed information about themselves.
Where is the firm based? Probably in Singapore, because a Singaporean phone number is listed in the “contacts” section. There is a company named Maxwell Solutions Holding Pte Ltd in this country, but it has no relation to maxwellsolutionsholding.com. Most likely, the scammers used someone else’s name for their platform.
The operating period is very short. It is not indicated on the website, but determining it is not difficult. Thanks to the Whois service, one can find out when the domain was registered. This will show the platform’s operating period. As seen in the screenshot below, the company launched in May 2024.
There are no proper legal documents, the operating period is just a few months, and there is no license. Moreover, the firm is not officially registered anywhere, and its business model clearly does not involve routing client orders to an ECN or any liquidity provider, meaning processing occurs internally, indicating a conflict of interest. Maxwell Solutions Holding Pte Ltd is interested in its clients’ losses.
What Reviews Do Users Leave?
Given that the company is still very young, there are almost no comments on the internet. Reviews of Maxwell Solutions Holding Pte Ltd are few and are just beginning to appear. The scammers have not yet deceived many people to generate a lot of reviews. Positive testimonials have not been observed but may start being published at any moment. These cannot be trusted, as illegal brokers often advertise themselves with fake positive reviews.
Conclusions
It is definitely not advisable to cooperate with Maxwell Solutions Holding Pte Ltd. The broker operates illegally, which becomes clear even after a superficial examination of its official website, which appeared very recently. The firm is not officially registered and, therefore, cannot have any licenses. There is no doubt about the fraudulent nature of the platform.
Pros/Cons
- Low initial deposit.
- Illegal activities.
- Very short period of operation.
- The firm is not officially registered.
- Important terms and conditions are not specified.
So, all their information is made up and they actually exist only as a website? There’s no real company?
This review page, was of incredible value to me! probably saved me thousands.
I’ve been in contact with them this week, and I also had contact with my financial advisor. They say trust your gut…my gut went into overdrive. They will contact me again, but I need to abort everything because it just doesn’t feel right.
They also want to know the most strangest of things…what sort of phone you use and they pound pretty hard on you so stay away would be my advice.
100% scam. Do not invest. I did my research before I invest a bit because I was curious how they do it. First you talk with a “call centre employee”. Ofcourse with a tape behind. It looks like you are calling with a call centre. Ofcourse not true. They advise you to start with 100 GBP. Later a “account manager” with false documents calls you. He want to know how much money you possesses. The first month my rendement was 62% ?!?! They call you 2 times a day to invest more money. They use heavy sales technics. Ofcourse I did not do that. I always say. First I want to withdraw my money. 3 times and…… no money on my account as expected. Before I know I lost my 100GBP. For my no problem. It is more valuable that I know how they do it. I can warn poeple for this scammers. I always say. Do your research before you invest. It is often easy to do.
Maxwell solution are bloody scammers.
They have stolen £2000 from me.
