Wealthsolutionsltd.net Examination
The dark-themed official website of Wealth Solutions Limited is supposed to create the impression of a solid resource where visitors can easily find useful and necessary information. In reality, its design, with purple inserts and control elements, is just an eyesore. The content on its pages is poor. For example:
- The broker has not decided on the list of assets. The main page lists a fairly standard set of currency pairs, cryptocurrencies, stocks, and stock indices, as well as precious metals. However, the market descriptions suddenly include futures (from 30 world markets), options, and bonds. As a result, the total number of assets exceeds 600 thousand. This abundance is not present in the terminal. Clearly, the company can do much less than it wants to show.
- The claim of 100% live prices was particularly amusing. Is there a place where you can trade assets at prices that are not broadcast in real time?
- The featured MT5 also looks good, especially considering that traders are offered the Mobius Trader 7 web terminal, which is significantly different from the MetaQuotes product.
Why a trader needs a price chart widget from TradingView in the market review section also remains a mystery.
This list could go on for a long time. But it gives the impression that the website was filled with anything that came to hand, just to have more content. Whether it is relevant to actual trading with the broker seems to be of no interest to anyone. This does not resemble a quality web resource of a licensed broker at all.
Company Contacts
All ways to contact Wealth Solutions Limited’s support can be found on the Contact Us page. Here the company has provided:
- A feedback form.
- An email address.
- A couple of phone numbers, one British, the other in the UAE.
- The registration address (which is also the postal address).
The last one raises the most questions. The site owners use the name and details of a real existing company (which we will discuss a little further). This includes the registration address. It is clear that the broker cannot be found there, and any inquiries will go unanswered.
There are also many questions regarding the phone numbers. The presence of a UK number is understandable, though it differs from the one shown by the real existing company. The UAE number looks, at the very least, absurd, especially since there is no mention of any office in this country. Meanwhile, the site’s language localization list only includes European languages — besides English, there are German, Polish, and Italian.
It is also worth mentioning that the specialists at Wealth Solutions Limited ignored the opportunity to deploy an online chat and provide links to social media channels. Most likely, no groups or channels were created. Maintaining activity in them requires time and resources, which is irrational for scammers.
Key Conditions
Information about trading conditions on the official website is extremely scarce. Some can be found in the descriptions of available markets. But here, the pseudo-broker limited itself to:
- Mentioning the number of available assets, which is quite fantastic. The mention of over 24,000 currency pairs alone is worth noting. In the terminal, we could hardly count 30.
- The sizes of spreads for some instruments or trading commissions for others. But the information here is also very selective and provides a very limited understanding of the costs associated with trading.
Some other details are listed in the table of account types. Wealth Solutions Limited has five types, and it only disclosed the minimum deposit amount, spread sizes, and leverage.
The list includes the following rates:
- Beginner. Deposit from €250, leverage up to 1:20, spreads from 0.8 pips.
- Standard. Deposit from €2,000, leverage up to 1:100, spreads from 0.6 pips.
- Gold. Deposit from €10,000, leverage up to 1:100, spreads from 0.5 pips.
- Corporate. Deposit from €150,000, leverage up to 1:100, spreads from 0.8 pips.
- VIP. An account with individual conditions, floating spreads, and leverage up to 1:100.
Additionally, the table lists commissions (in formats like “Low commissions” or “Individual offer”) and the markets available for each account type.
There is interesting information in the info blocks under the table. From them, traders learn they can receive a bonus ranging from 20% to 100%. The broker is not concerned that bonuses are prohibited by the UK regulator (and the broker refers to its license). But when have scammers ever been stopped by this? Besides, the platform operates without a license.
Exposing Wealth Solutions Limited
As mentioned earlier, the fake broker uses the name of an existing company for cover and operates without a license. Now, let’s provide the evidence for this.
The broker lists a registration address in Birmingham, UK. Notably, this address appeared during the writing of this review. Before these changes, the platform listed another UK address — in Carnforth. Both these addresses appear in the Companies House registration data.
The company name from Carnforth matches the broker’s name Wealth Solutions Limited exactly. However, its activity is limited to insurance and pension funds (SIC 66290), and the FCA licenses granted to the company as an authorized representative expired back in 2007. Apparently, the broker’s staff noticed this, leading to changes in the information on their official website.
Now the scammers want traders to perceive them as Wealth Solutions (UK) LTD, registered in Birmingham in 2007. The data from this firm appears on the project’s website. With a financial intermediary license (SIC 64999), 29 employees, and a capital of over 5 million pounds, this company indeed looks much more promising.
Unfortunately for the broker’s owners, their own staff proved to be less than diligent. They confused the registration date with the local financial regulator FCA’s license issuance date. The real company’s license was issued on April 11, 2008. If Wealth Solutions Limited had bothered to check, they would have realized that using this firm for cover was a mistake.
- First, in November 2023, the company underwent a rebranding and now operates under the trading name Amber River Midlands.
- Second, it has its own official website: www.amberriver.com/midlands.
- Third, its licensed activities include insurance, mortgages and home finance, consumer credit, pension provision, and even investment advisor functions. However, brokerage is not among them, and under regulatory conditions, the firm cannot attract or hold client funds.
Thus, the choice was poor and convinced us 100% that Wealth Solutions Limited lacks official registration (why else would they use another company’s name?) and does not have a license to provide brokerage services. We believe the answer to whether this broker can be trusted is clear.
To complete the picture, here are the whois service data. According to them, the domain wealthsolutionsltd.com, used by the scam platform, was registered on May 27, 2024.
There is no mention of 2007. Instead of 17 years, the broker has been on the market for less than two months (at the time of writing this review). Does anyone still trust such an “honest” company?
Please note that the broker is currently operating on https://wealthsolutionsltd.net/. We have no idea what happened, but this fresh domain was registered on July 30, 2024, very recently. Beware!
What Reviews Do Users Leave?
It would be unrealistic to expect a large number of reviews for a broker that has been operating for only 2 months. There are a few scattered publications on little-known thematic sites and social networks. The authors of these reviews likely received payment from the broker to help create a positive image of the company. In these articles, the firm is praised, but no one spends time fact-checking.
As for more reputable and well-known portals, it seems the platform has not yet caught their attention. There are several objective publications that conclude the project was created by scammers. Most likely, a flood of negative reviews will appear when the broker’s first clients cannot withdraw their funds. We think it won’t be long before this happens.
Conclusions
In our Wealth Solutions Limited review, we have convincingly proven that this broker cannot be trusted. The company lacks official registration, instead using the name of a real existing firm for cover. It operates without a license, illegally. Moreover, the project creators provide users with false information about the platform’s existence, financial security measures, quotation and liquidity providers, etc. Is it worth risking your funds by sending them to scammers’ accounts?
Pros/Cons
- Low entry threshold of 250 euros.
- An enormous number of trading instruments available, according to the broker.
- The company is not officially registered and uses the name of a real UK firm.
- There is no license for brokerage services, so they are provided illegally.
- Information about the project’s existence is false.
- Payment details are not publicly available.
- Trading conditions are only partially disclosed, which does not allow traders to make informed choices.
I looked at the offers from Wealth Solutions Limited and immediately deposited $5,000. I was hoping for good support and a stable terminal. In reality, the quotes were constantly adjusted, and at the most critical moments, the terminal lagged and even disconnected. Since it’s impossible to work under these conditions, I wanted to withdraw at least the remainder of my funds, but I was refused. I contacted lawyers because I believe in justice and money isn’t the main thing here, but they said it’s impossible to proceed against a nonexistent company! Don’t invest here!
Vervelende figuren gebleken uiteindelijk.
Maar dank aan de ING geen cent betaald.
