Tradereport.org Examination

The company’s official website can hardly be called high-quality or praiseworthy. As with many other similar portals, upon opening, we are greeted by three images of people with a list of available services. At the top is a standard menu:

  • Services.
  • About.
  • Our Team.
  • Testimonials.
  • FAQ.
  • Blog.
  • Contacts.

Next, Tradereport boasts about having the best technical support and forensic professionals. There’s also mention of 15 years of experience and a number of clients. However, you should not blindly trust these claims — they can easily be fake.

Tradereport - website

In the footer, there are contact details and social media logos, but they don’t work. When clicking on the Instagram, X, LinkedIn, or Facebook logos, the site simply refreshes instead of redirecting to the respective social media pages. Legal documents are missing, and the FAQ section consists of only one question and answer. All of this looks highly unprofessional and does not inspire confidence in the website as belonging to a professional company.

Company Contacts

You can try to contact the company’s employees either via email or phone. The firm provides two UK numbers, claiming that Tradereport’s headquarters are located there.

Why “try”? Because the provided email address is definitely fake — it simply does not exist. The phone numbers may be real, but even that is questionable.

Fake email

There is no online chat, even though for many users it would be more convenient to send a message than to call. Social media also doesn’t function. So, there are already numerous suspicious points. The UK address also needs verification, but more on that later.

Key Conditions

Clients choose a company not only based on appearance but also on the terms of cooperation. Naturally, traders who have suffered from fraud would prefer to contact a chargeback service that offers the best terms, such as low commissions. How can clients consider Tradereport when the company doesn’t even provide details of its cooperation?

The website says nothing about commissions, fees, or other costs. It’s unclear whether the company charges a fixed commission or if it depends on the amount recovered. And when do you have to pay? Before starting the work or only after a successful result? Or perhaps twice — both before and after? These questions shouldn’t arise after reviewing the site. However, the project prefers to stay silent on these key points.

It’s also unclear what types of fraud the firm handles. Only investment fraud and binary options are mentioned. What about other types of fraud? There are no detailed instructions on how the company operates. All of this raises serious doubts.

Exposing Tradereport

Total secrecy and a terrible website are clearly not positive signs. Add to this the fake contact details — how many flaws are there? Now let’s move on to the most interesting part of this Tradereport review: does this company even exist?

The company claims that its headquarters are located in the United Kingdom. Let’s check if this is true, or if this address, like the email, is also fake. For this, we will refer to the Companies House registry, which contains records of all firms registered in the UK.

Tradereport - Companies House

In the screenshot above are the search results for the name “Tradereport”. As you can see, such a company does not exist in the United Kingdom. Does this mean the organization is deceiving people? Yes.

Moreover, the website lacks any legal documents. How does the company process personal data, and is it authorized to do so? Clearly, it is not. Do they possibly collaborate with payment systems like Visa or Mastercard, or with major banks such as Barclays? Also no.

The company operates illegally. It only has a website where it portrays itself as a reputable player in the chargeback industry. Obviously, the claims of 15 years of experience are a complete lie. How can fraudsters prove this? They can’t, but there is evidence to the contrary — the domain tradereport.org was registered only in 2022.

We also looked into the project’s team. The CEO is supposedly Frank Raccuia. However, in reality, this is a fictional character. This person’s face is used on multiple websites, where he is referred to as Ben Burr, Terry Holman, or Andreas Brixen. How many names does this “CEO” have?

What Reviews Do Users Leave?

Reviews of Tradereport are extremely rare, despite the company’s claims of having over 500 clients. Clearly, this is also a lie. Reading the “testimonials” on their website is pointless — those reviews are obviously written by the fraudsters themselves. You can find positive reviews online, but pay attention to their content. The scammers didn’t even bother to create detailed positive comments, so all the reviews are limited to 1-2 sentences without any proof of successful cooperation.

Conclusions

Another scammer taking advantage of people who have already fallen victim to fraudulent schemes has been exposed. Do not trust Tradereport under any circumstances — this is an illegal company offering fake services. If you contact them, you will only lose money again without receiving any chargeback.

Pros/Cons

  • None.
  • Uninformative and useless website.
  • Fake contact details and office address.
  • Illegal operations.
  • Nonexistent leadership team.

FAQ

What should I do if a company still has my personal data?

You have the right to demand that your data be deleted, but given the fraudulent nature of the company, it’s unlikely that this request will be fulfilled. Depending on what data the scammers have, you should take certain measures. For example, block your bank card if its details have been compromised, or change your phone number to avoid spam calls.

Is it true that the firm is a scam?

To answer the important question — yes, the company is indeed a scam. We have provided proof: the firm uses fake statistics, its contact information and UK address are fake, and the terms of cooperation remain unclear. Even legal documents, such as the privacy policy, are missing.

How can I check a chargeback company’s reputation before using their services?

Before seeking services from a chargeback company, investigate their reputation by checking independent reviews, testimonials, and forums related to chargeback and financial disputes. Look for any regulatory registrations or licenses they may hold, and ensure they have a clear and legitimate process for helping clients.

These scammers from Tradereport tried to trick me out of money. Over the phone, they promised a 100% guarantee that they would help recover funds from a crypto scam. They created a sense of urgency, saying I had to transfer money right away. They constantly pressured me and responded aggressively. In the end, I realized they were trying to con me. They asked for a fixed commission to start the investigation quickly. However, I was well aware that it was impossible to recover the funds from the crypto scam I had invested in. I was lucky — I didn’t give these scammers anything.
