Md-trd.com Examination

If you have ever visited the websites of dubious brokers, you have already seen this template. AMCO Invest S.A. is no different from dozens of other fake projects. It is a typical “broker” website, created in a couple of days using a basic template builder.

The first thing that stands out is that the site’s design is an exact copy of Midus Trade (midustrade.com). The same color scheme, the same layout, the same structure of sections — even the graphics and buttons match. The only difference is the logo and name. Incidentally, the Midus Trade website is already offline, which speaks volumes: the project was shut down, and now a “new” one is being launched under a different name.

AMCO Invest S.A. - website

There is nothing on the AMCO Invest S.A. website to suggest it belongs to a legitimate company:

  • Slogans at every turn: “Join the Era of Superior Trading”, “Award Winning Platform”, and “Trade smarter”. These are standard marketing clichés with no substance.
  • Copy-paste blocks: “Register, Verify, Fund, and Trade” — a generic layout with icons seen on hundreds of similar sites.
  • Fake statistics: “30+ registrations”, “500+ instruments”, and “180+ countries” — all without a single source or verifiable reference.

The broker provides only three documents: AML policy, privacy policy, and terms and conditions. This is critically insufficient. A legitimate broker’s website must include a risk management policy, deposit and withdrawal conditions, dispute resolution and arbitration procedures, and more.

Company Contacts

There is no point in using the contact details listed — they are fake. We checked the AMCO Invest S.A. email address — it does not exist. The phone numbers are likely inactive as well.

AMCO Invest S.A. - fake email

There is no live chat. Not even a fake one. No social media presence. Not a single active channel on Telegram, Twitter, YouTube, or LinkedIn. All of these are standard for any serious and legitimate broker.

Key Conditions

The trading conditions at AMCO Invest S.A. follow the principle of “if you want better terms — pay more”. The broker offers four trading accounts and one investment account. However, the minimum deposit is extremely high — $2,500. There is no option to test the platform with virtual funds, as there is no demo account available. A cent account is also not offered.

On the entry-level account, the commission ranges from 5% to 10%, which is highly unfavorable. Most well-known brokers charge no more than 0.1–0.3%, making this rate multiple times higher. Spreads are not disclosed, but are said to be floating. The second package offers slightly better terms: 4% commission, but requires a $10,000 deposit. The third tier starts at $25,000 with a 3% commission, while the fourth requires at least $50,000 with a 1% fee. Other conditions are standard: 1:200 leverage, minimum trade size of 0.01 lots, and 24/7 customer support.

AMCO Invest S.A. also offers an investment package claiming returns from 9% to 18%, though no time frame is specified. This strongly resembles a financial pyramid scheme — especially given that the company guarantees fixed monthly payments.

Exposing AMCO Invest S.A.

To be honest, at this stage of our review, the firm appears highly suspicious. However, to confirm its fraudulent nature beyond doubt, we must examine its legal status and licenses.

Let us start by checking the company’s domain, which helps determine when the project was launched. AMCO Invest S.A. registered its official website domain, md-trd.com, on 20 May 2025 — very recently.

Domain

Moreover, the broker also owns another domain — amcoinvestsa.com. However, this domain is inactive, and when attempting to access it, browsers issue phishing warnings. This is a clear signal that the company is highly questionable.

Website warning

AMCO Invest S.A. boasts of having offices in Poland and the United Kingdom. We checked the Companies House and FCA registers but found no such entity. There is a similarly named firm — AMCO INVESTMENTS LIMITED, but it has no connection to the subject of our review. A similar situation exists in Poland — no such company is registered there.

This all confirms that the scammers only launched their project recently, in May of this year. They have not legally registered the company, meaning they do not hold any license. Claims of “10+ awards” and a presence in “180+ countries” are clearly fabricated.

What Reviews Do Users Leave?

Finding reviews of AMCO Invest S.A. is a difficult task. The broker only launched recently, so there are almost no comments online. Moreover, the name appears to have been stolen from another organization, which means that online searches return mentions of an entirely unrelated firm. This is a typical tactic used by scammers to attract beginners by exploiting a well-known brand.

Conclusions

Yes, and we found plenty of evidence: fake legal and contact details, fictitious offices, lack of a license, a newly registered domain, and identical fraudulent broker projects. All of this points to an illegal entity that should be avoided at all costs.

Pros/Cons

  • Not found.
  • Illegal activity, as the company is not even officially registered.
  • Inadequate trading conditions, especially high commission and initial deposit.
  • A very short period of work.
  • There are similar fake projects, for example, Midus Trade.

FAQ

Is this true that AMCO Invest S.A. is a scam?

Yes, and we found plenty of evidence: fake legal and contact details, fictitious offices, lack of a license, a newly registered domain, and identical fraudulent broker projects. All of this points to an illegal entity that should be avoided at all costs.

Does this platform have anything to do with the real AMCO?

There are legitimate companies in the world with the same or similar name. They are registered in different jurisdictions and operate in asset management — completely unrelated to CFD trading. Scammers exploit the name of a genuine company to attract deposits from beginners who are unlikely to investigate the deception.

If I'm promised better terms, signals, and other useful options, should I trust it?

You should never trust the claims or “advantages” of brokerage firms until their licenses and legal credentials have been verified. First, this is essential to establish whether the broker is legal and trustworthy. AMCO Invest S.A. is not among them. If there are no guarantees of reliability, such offers must be rejected without hesitation.

I know for a fact that they are scammers! I lost money in a similar scam project called Midus Trade Gmbh just a few months ago. I lost $5,000 – I cannot withdraw it, and now I cannot even access my account! But I can say with certainty that AMCO Invest SA looks exactly the same. They are two identical fraudulent brokers. I can absolutely guarantee that if you invest your deposit here, you will lose it!
